No. Once an order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify, editing is automatically disabled. You control the editing window (default: until fulfillment or 30 minutes after purchase, whichever comes first).
Shopify handles all payment processing automatically. If the new order total is lower, customers receive an instant refund to their original payment method. If higher, they're securely charged the difference. All transactions follow Shopify's standard payment flow.
